The Colorado Division of Gaming regulates casino gaming
in the state. With offices in Lakewood, Central City/Black Hawk and Cripple Creek, the Division of Gaming is part of the Department
of Revenue. They are responsible for the regulation and enforcement of limited gaming in Colorado. They investigate gaming license
applicants and conduct compliance and revenue audits of casinos.
Regulation and enforcement of pari-mutuel greyhound and horse racing is the responsibility of the
Division of Racing Events.
The Colorado Secretary of State licenses Bingo and raffles, while the
Colorado Lottery also has its own independent commission.
