Delaware Gaming Control Board

The Delaware Gaming Control Board regulates and polices sports, amusements and other activities which involve gambling (primarily raffles and bingo). The Board can only license volunteer fire companies, veterans, charitable or religious organizations, or fraternal societies. The Board establishes rules and regulations, reviews applications and issues licenses, conducts hearings, and handles gaming-related complaints.

There is also a Delaware Lottery.

Delaware has no casino gambling.
