The Georgia Bureau of Investigation oversees bingo operations within the state, as well as polices the nonprofit organizations with licenses to se that they don't offer other forms of gambling.

Bingo is one of only three legal forms of gambling in Georgia. The other two legal forms of gambling are the Georgia Lottery and raffles.

Georgia has no casino gaming.
