New Hampshire Racing and Charitable Gaming Commission


The New Hampshire Racing and Charitable Gaming Commission regulates harness racing, greyhound racing, bingo and games of chance in New Hampshire. The Commission's duties include the licensing of racetracks and individuals (jockeys, owners, trainers, etc.), collection of taxes and fees, and operation of the State Racing Laboratory. The lab tests for illegal substances that might be used to influence the outcome of a race.
