New Mexico Gaming Control Board

The New Mexico Gaming Control Board is responsible for regulating legalized gaming at New Mexico's licensed racetracks, fraternal and veteran organizations. The Board also oversees Tribal Gaming compacts.

The Alcohol and Gaming Division is responsible for bingo and raffles.

The New Mexico Racing Commission regulates pari-mutuel horseracing.

The New Mexico Lottery is regulated separately.
