North Dakota Lottery

The North Dakota Gaming Division regulates charitable and Tribal gaming in the state. The division issues administrative complaints, conducts background checks of charity gaming and Indian casino employees, and ensures compliance with tribal-state casino gaming compacts.

The Gaming Division is also responsible for the North Dakota Lottery.

The Great Plains Indian Gaming Association is the area gaming industry association.
