South Dakota Commission on Gaming

A division of the South Dakota Department of Commerce and Regulation, the South Dakota Commission on Gaming is responsible for regulating the gaming industry in the City of Deadwood, pari-mutuel horse racing, and Indian gaming through tribal compacts.
